Why Drink Detox Water?

Detox Water not only taste delicious, but they are a great way to encourage yourself to keep drinking. Other added benefits are that they contain little to no calories, they assist your body in the removal of toxins, they can aid in weight loss and they can boost your energy.


Recipe:

1 x Thumb of Ginger,

1 x Small handful of Blueberries

1 x Sprig of Mint

Benefits: 

Ginger

Ginger is useful in improving digestion and reducing bloating. Ginger contains anti-inflammatory properties that make it an ideal home remedy for muscle and joint problems.

Blueberries 

Blueberries are packed with antioxidants and are also anti-inflammatory. Blueberries are an excellent source of vitamins K and C, manganese, and fiber.

Mint 

Mint is a calming and soothing herb that has been used for thousands of years to aid with upset stomach or indigestion. Mint is thought to increase bile secretion and encourage bile flow, which helps to speed and ease digestion.

  • 70 Ounces
