Blueberry, Strawberry, Grapefruit, Orange & Lemon Detox Water

Why Drink Detox Water?

Recipe:

1 x Small Handful of Blueberries

2 x Strawberries

1 x Slice of Grapefruit 

2 x Slice of Orange 

2 x Slice of Lemon

 

Benefits: 

Blueberries 

Blueberries are packed with antioxidants and are also anti-inflammatory. Blueberries are an excellent source of vitamins K and C, manganese, and fiber.

Strawberries 

Strawberries are an excellent source of vitamins C and K as well as providing a good dose of fibre, folic acid, manganese and potassium. They also contain significant amounts of phytonutrients and flavonoids.

Grapefruit

Grapefruits have a powerful nutrient combination of fiber, potassium, lycopene, vitamin C, and choline that help to maintain a healthy heart they are also known to boost weight loss.

Orange 

Oranges are rich in nutrients like Vitamin A, Vitamin C and potassium which are great for your eyes. 

Lemon 

Lemon is a rich source of vitamin C, lemon juice protects the body from Immune system deficiencies. Drinking lemon juice with warm water every morning helps in maintaining the pH balance of the body.
