Coconut, Pineapple + Passionfruit Detox Water

 

Why Drink Detox Water?

Recipe:

6 x 4cm pieces of pineapple

1 x Passionfruit

 

Benefits: 

Coconut Water

Coconut Water has fewer calories, less sodium, but higher amounts of potassium than sports drinks and is super hydrating.

Pineapple 

Pineapple is a great source of potassium and is also anti-inflammatory.

Passionfruit 

Passionfruit is an excellent source of vitamins, especially vitamin C and A.
