6 x 4cm pieces of pineapple

1 x Passionfruit

Coconut Water

Pineapple 

Pineapple is a great source of potassium and is also anti-inflammatory.

Passionfruit 

Passionfruit is an excellent source of vitamins, especially vitamin C and A.
