Lemons – The lemon is a good source of vitamin C. Add one to your water in the morning and benefit from its alkalising properties, or squeeze one on top of steamed vegetables. Limes – Another good source of vitamin C. We love adding it to our water, along with other citrus fruits. Mint - Mint is a great appetizer and it promotes digestion. It also helps soothes the stomachs and helps with inflammation.
